Back To Somerset 2009 Back To Wedmore (2)
We went to Minehead via the West Somerset Railway. A very pleasant journey. At Minehead this locomotive was making a lot of noise.
On the Esplanade the old town and harbour lie to the north.
We set out to visit the harbour .
The North Hill looked very attractive.
The harbour gradually come closer.
One of the many thatched cottages in the harbour area. This is Quay Street.
A row of them curiously below the modern road level.
